GDPR
On May 25, 2018, a new Data Protection Regulation (popularly known as the Personal Data Regulation in Danish and GDPR in English) entered into force.

 

 

LEGALITY, REASONABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY
At Silkeborg Curling Club, we collect the personal information that you have provided on your registration.

 

 

THE PURPOSE
In connection with the registration, ordinary personal information is not registered which does not fall under "sensitive personal data". Common personal information is eg name, address and e-mail. Information on financial conditions, such as quota or others, looked like non-sensitive information.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data is kept by the association's administration. Any member can access their personal data at any time. All data will be deleted upon cancellation. All questions regarding personal data are dealt with in the Silkeborg Curling Club by the board of directors at all times, elected by the general meeting.

 

 

RECEIVER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information about your name, address, email, telephone number and date of birth is disclosed to authorities where this is legally required. FX Sports Council (member statistics, Silkeborg Municipality (local and member grants) or SKAT (fees)).
